I’m Amanda,

Integrative Mind-Body Therapist.

I’m here to help you synchronize your inner values, goals, and behaviors so that you can live with more authenticity and freedom.

Through one-on-one therapy & coaching, we work together to confront and unlock the parts of your life that feel stuck or stressed. Led by curiosity and compassion, I facilitate honest, exploration-based conversations to build clarity and self-awareness, open you up to new perspectives and possibilities, and ultimately help you find the conviction and steps needed to shift

your mind,

your body,

and your world.

Approach

I integrate my training and experience as a Psychologist and Life Coach to help growth-seekers turn their stress to strength. Applying a unique blend of psychoeducation, trauma-informed psychotherapy, positive psychology, and performance-oriented coaching, I work with clients around the world to raise awareness and self-understanding at three levels:

  1. The Mind (thinking patterns, core beliefs)

  2. The Heart (emotions, feelings)

  3. The Body (sensations, tension, pain)

Then, from a place of clarity and possibility, we work together to retrain the mind and the body through methods that support shifts from stress to resilience, hypervigilance to trust, and feelings of danger to a sense of safety.

Kind words & what you can expect working with me

H.K. from Singapore —

“Amanda helped me to uncover blindspots and devise ways to overcome them. Having had many years of experience managing teams in both the non-profit and private sectors, I am constantly seeking to improve my capacity to exercise leadership.

Amanda is a rare gem - She's an intuitive therapist who senses and guides the client to bring to awareness what is unseen and unsaid, and at the same time, possesses a keen intelligence, able to hold many strands of ideas, while helping the client see connections and make meaning out of them. Her presence as a therapist and her ability to hold space for self discovery is impressive. It was a great pleasure working together and I wholeheartedly recommend her!”

H.K. from Hong Kong —

“I’ve been working for over 15 years in the financial services industry and was at a critical juncture in my career. Amanda helped me navigate the complex decisions I needed to make in a short timeframe. Her ability to guide me, enabling me to make informed choices and helping me understand the reasons for those choices, was excellent. I would highly recommend her as an executive coach to anyone!”

H.B. from Indonesia —

“Amanda has better equipped me to face emotionally-triggering situations. She has fully convinced me of the body-mind connection. I'm able to pause in high stress situations - listen to my body - and respond in a productive, empowered, and less victimizing way.

I’ve been in talk therapy for over a year with another counselor, and yet, Amanda's been able to uncover many new perspectives for my same old problems. She speaks and asks questions in a direct yet thoughtful way, allowing me to unlearn old thinking patterns that I've been working for years to break. Beyond the talk, she's practical and gives immediately-applicable tools versus my other therapists who seem "softer" in their approach. Amanda's far more effective per minute of session!”
