We begin with a free and non-binding chemistry session. This is a 40-minute chat to —

  • get comfortable & ensure there’s chemistry

  • align on the coaching process & how it might benefit you

  • start exploring the problem

The commitment I need from you —

Momentum is a critical part of the process. I have minimum commitment of 3 sessions over the course of 2 months. Why? Change doesn’t happen overnight, and from my experience, we start to see the real magic unfold within 3 to 6 sessions — this is where I’ve observed internalization of new perspectives and attitudes, and consequently, translation to day-to-day habits and behaviors.

While there is no ‘homework’, you are absolutely encouraged to think about what you want to focus on before each session, then actively work on the take away actions we conclude each session with.
